I came to LSTC because I got into an accident, and hurt my back. At first I couldn't walk, stand, or simply bend over without a lot of pain. After all my visits my pain is gone, and my back has never felt better! All the staff is very nice and beyond helpful!

I had a great experience with LSTC, they helped me get rid of my back pain. Before coming, I had a very tight back and lower body in general, and it was hard to run without pain. Through the sessions I gained a ton of flexibility, and now I can run without pain! Awesome therapists and great exercises.
