I really enjoyed my time here because everyone here is young and it's mice to see young people working hard for you to get better.

The experience has been much better and comprehensive. I've had pt done on my shoulder at a different pt and that place doesn't come close to this place. The people here push you hard to do your best. I thank Lstc for all the help they've given me I would highly recommend this place.

The staff is very professional and friendly. They are also very caring. They know what they are doing and will help your condition improve greatly or completely, depending on your problem. I really love this place.

Over the past 7 sessions I have felt a huge relief in my back pain. I felt very attended to during my sessions, and learned a lot about form. I felt my therapists knew what pain I was in and where and catered to my needs through exercise and made sure I was comfortable and my pain was getting better each session, I will definitely be coming back!

I came to LSTC because I was experiencing pain in my right shoulder. I have learned strengthening and stretch exercises and have corrected my exercise technique to minimize future injury. All LSTC staff treated me with respect and were encouraging towards my recovery. I am now stronger and have reduced my pain. Thank you!

I came for help with chronic lower back pain, which had been getting worse over the last two years. After 15 visits, by working on core exercises and core awareness, my back is feeling much better and I feel that I have the knowledge to manage my back going forward. The staff is amazing!!

LSTC helped me understand the source of my hip pain and showed me the specific excersises to stretch and strengthen the hip muscles. I now feel confident if I continue what they taught me, I will continue to improve my hip condition.
