I came to LSTC for pain in my hip / leg, and after two months of therapy, I feel like I've developed better habits and can live with less frequent pain than before. All of the trainers and staff are incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating, and worked with me to not only diagnose what could be causing my pain, but the steps steps i could take to alleviate pain in my day to day life. Thanks to everyone at LSTC who helped me on my journey!

November 2022: This is my fourth time here at LSTC. My experience has always been great, After 2 knee surgeries and shoulder replacement I'm moving very well. I'm here for back pain relating to disc issues and sciatica and so far it’s working well. Nobel, Natalie, and Lindsay were my therapists. They are professional and thorough in their care and their questions before each session about how I am feeling has been beneficial in the exercises we do that day. I now know what exercises to do at home to strengthen my back each week. I would highly recommend Loudoun Sports Therapy to anyone wanting to move forward in managing their pain and to have overall better quality life. — Al

This is my third time here at LSTC. Myexpereince has always been great, after 2 knee surgeryes I'm walking fine. I'm here for my shoulder and so far its working well, therapist here are nice and hard workers. I was highly recommend this p,ace to anyone.

I absolutely loved my experience here at LSTC. The people here are the nicest people you'll ever meet. In psychical therapy, it can be hard to do some of the exercises but the trainers are so patient and are always calm about that. They make PT fun and make it exciting. As my first psychical therapy place, this was the best one to join. I Want to thank all the trainers, they work very hard but they are so kind and patient.

I really loved my experience here, these people are the nicest that you'll ever meet and they are so patient with everyone and it's a great place to come, I came here for 2 different body parts and have loved my experience here. I sincerely thank all of the staff because of how much they worked to help me.

My experience has been excellent! My flexibility, range of motion, and overall strength has improved drastically. The neck pain and tightness has improved and I feel prepared to continue the exercise plan and keep improving. Every person I have worked with is very knowledgeable and kind. If I had a concern we would tweek something and it made a difference. I'd recommend this site for sure!

I came in after ankle surgery and by the end of my treatment I was starting back in the gym. I chose to come here originally due to the knowledgeable and helpfull front desk staff and was always blown away by how friendly and knowledgeable everyone is. Everytime time i came in there was always the perfect balance of helping me manage my pain and pushing me enough to stabilize and strengthen my joint. Fantastic experience from day one!
