At Loudoun Sports Therapy Center, it’s our goal to help people live healthier, active and pain-free lives. We are an outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic in Sterling, VA. We specialize in determining the true cause of your pain/problem/injury and take you through a treatment plan specifically designed for you. Common Conditions We Treat: We help handle pain or discomfort in a wide variety of body areas, including your neck, back, hip, knee, foot/ankle, shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. More specifically, we help address orthopedic conditions such as sciatica, bursitis, impingement, tendonitis, sprains, strains and tears. Love Dr.Ashley. Border and Kiera Holmes!

I had bad complications with a knee operation and had a slow recovery until I came Loudoun Sports Therapy!
I had such positive teaching from Dr Ashley that gave me confidence and a great positive attitude after my complications from my operation !
I got exercises to do at home and I have learned so much about my knee and whole body!
