The team at LSTC helped me get back into the gym. I am especially appreciative of Kelly and Lindsey for working with me and explaining how the exercises would help me after therapy. The staff was very professional and made the scheduling and billing process easy and accommodating. The atmosphere was very positive and fun. Thanks for getting me back to normal activities!

They gave me a variety of exercises to do to strengthen and help stabilize my shoulders which had previously been dislocated five times. Now I'm able to do workouts with greater stability and less pain in my shoulders.

I came in for knee pain and not being able to run. The team at LSTC made me aware of why this could be happening and over my 14 visits prescribed exercises that helped me ease the pain first and later on helped me strengthen the needed muscles. I am back to running now and the pain has almost disappeared. Thanks to the teat LSTC to get me to this stage.

I started coming to Loudon Sports Therapy Center because I had lots of pain in my knees while exercising and even walking and sitting. Over my several visits, everyone here has helped me reach my greatest potential in all my fitness goals! I can run, walk, sit, stand, and play all the sports I want with little to no pain!

The therapist did amazing they work hard and I was so happy I came here.

This is my second time at LSTC for two completely different injuries and both experiences have been fantastic. The staff truly cares about your success and pushes you to improve within your comfort level. I couldn't have improvedwithout them.

It helped a lot. At first I couldn't do my regular activities, I couldn't drive, or do any exercise. But after completing my therapy I can resume my usual activities, drive, and move my neck.

Wonderful experience at Loudoun Sports Therapy! Incredibly thoughtful and personable team; from the moment you enter the facility until the moment you leave, the entire staff is friendly, helpful and honestly concerned about your physical well being. I'm actually sad my PT sessions are coming to end because the whole staff feels like friends; professional friends who relieved me of my debilitating physical pain. I simply cannot recommend this facility enough- they will cure what ails you, and you'll actually enjoy the work!
