I was in constant pain before I thought my pain was in my back but it was my neck because of long years of working I front if the computer. I can manage the pain and don't have pain anymore ND can do all the exercises and can sleep in peace now.iliked coming here the staff was very welcoming and i enjoyed my time here.

I am not able to control my ankle better and I have better control of my movement

They were really helpful and did a amazing job on my knee after I injured it and helped with my lack of balance and overall knee strength to help me get back to lifting and sports

Couldn't ask for a better result or experience. I came in barely able to twist or bend from wide to side and felt immediate relief after my first session. I continued to progress and was finished ahead of schedule and back to jiu-jitsu completely.

They were very helpful in making me heal my knees. They were knowledgeable in martial arts as well as weightlifting regarding what exercises I should substitute for. They knew when to push me for more reps and when I should rest in between sets. I highly recommend this place as they will help you to get better.

The therepists here at LST have been excel.ent; professional and compassionate. I've been able to achieve my goals in an atmosphere that is condusive to healing. My only criticism is the requirement to wear a mask during the exercizes.

When I came to LSTC, I was barely able to walk, and certainly could not without my walker. Kelly helped me not only walk confidently with my walker AND came, but also to walk some completely independently. I never felt pressure, but always encouragement to try my best. I feel stronger and safer, and best of all more independent.

I just wanted to say I started coming to lstc for multiple issues and they are the best physical therapy clinic I’ve ever gone too I love the combination of having both a pt and an athletic trainer working with you in your session, and I also love how they address both affected issues 1 by 1 and provide a detailed plan to help you become stronger and better, I highly recommend lstc to my entire family and friends, I love coming here and it’s way cooler than my last therapy clinic!

I had a great experience. All the trainers were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The program I went through was perfect and got me back to where I wanted to be very quickly.

I came here because i had knee pain and couldn't run. The teamhere is fantastic.

I made very good strides throughout the therapy. Initially I experienced discomfort while sleeping, but after a couple of sessions, that went away. With each session I felt less discomfort and picked up more strength in my arm and shoulder. I feel that the therapy was extremely beneficial.

I had come in to relieve pain that arose in my backside and my experience has been utmost optimal as well as genuinely enjoyable. My pain has been relieved and I have the techniques necessary if the pain should increase in the future. My
experience as far as the actual therapy goes has been pleasant, but it has also been complimented by the excellent staff who maintain an intoxicating positivity and are people that you can always have an enjoyable conversation with. The atmosphere was fun, to put it simply. It has been an amazing experience all around!
