I have been very happy with my experience at LSTC. I have made real progress towards recovery and learned a lot about what causes my pain and why specific excersises or stretches are beneficial. All the trainers and therapists took the time to learn about my injury and progress.

As was the case in my previous two experiences at LSTC, I am extremely pleased with my treatment. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. They take the time to understand each patient's situation and follow up accordingly. I have recommended LSTC to others and will continue to do so.

Came in with severe pain and instability. Noble, Kelly, and the trainers did a fabulous job. Strength improved, knee is more stable. Back to umpiring this week which I was not able to do when I first came in. Many thanks to all especially Cierra. Made the pain of rehab more fun. Thank you to all!

LSTC has been great. I came in after a surgery on my dominant wrist after which my mobility and strength did not return as expected. They were able to work with me to strengthen the wrist, desensitize the scar tissue, and improve the flexibility. I'm back to my normal activities, including aerial silks.

When I first came here I couldn't bend down to my knees and after a few sessions I could bend to my knees and I felt my back pain decreased alot and I felt like after coming here my back pain decreased alot
