I love Loudoun Sports Therapy Center because they were extremely helpful and fllexable with scheduling. Everyone was so nice, and my leg is 100% healed!

LSTC staff is a group of personable, competent and caring people. The physical therapist are upbeat, and energetic, which motivates you to do your best. The environment is relaxed and friedly. I highly recommend LSTC to anyone serious about quality physical therapy.

I received top-notch physical therapy at LSTC in Fall 2017 prior to hip arthroscopic surgery. I chose LSTC for my prehab strengthening because their service, quality time with expert therapists and athletic trainers, and patient education is unmatched! I went into my surgery stronger than I anticipated and I credit their expertise in making my recovery after surgery much better than I expected. I am currently back at LSTC for my post-op rehab. My surgeon was astounded by my progress at my 6-week postoperative follow-up appointment and I'm excited to keep surpassing milestones in the weeks to come.

The team at Loudoun Sports Therapy was welcoming and very supportive. I always felt they had my recovery from knee replacement surgery as their priority. I enjoyed the time with the Therapists they were all great to work with.. I would and will recommend them highly.

Yesterday was my last appointment. The staff is great and very welcoming. They were able to help me work through my pain and get back to normal activities without pain. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Loudoun Sports Therapy Center is great. My doctor was treating me for lumbar herniated discs and pinched nerves. He prescribed physical therapy as an alternative to surgery. I asked him for a referral in Sterling and his nurse gave me a business card for LSTC. My pain, which was all in my right leg, was about at level 5/6 on a 10-point scale when I started therapy. Over a 6-week period I had 16 therapy sessions. In my first session, a therapist explained to me exactly what a herniated disc and pinched nerve was, how and why it was causing pain, and what exercises I would be doing over the next 6 weeks.

After about the third session I began feeling less pain. It gradually improved with every session. After about the 6th or 7th session I was just about completely pain free. When I "graduated" I had no pain in my leg whatsoever. I also had a nice assortment of...

professional way I was treated at Loudoun Sports Therapy.
Specifically the staff listened to my comments and or challenges relating to the home exercises and my body's response to the treatment and provided alternatives when appropriate.
