I was having intense pain from my thighs down to my ankles when I ran. I had an 8k coming up and wanted to be able run pain free, so I came to LSTC. The workouts were tough, but I was able to run the entire race, without stopping to walk, completely pain free. I'm so thankful!

Great atmosphere and knowledgeable, friendly staff. I definitely noticed a difference after regular visits, and would recommend to anyone looking for a physical therapist in the area.

Wonderful staff with great results

LSTC has helped me improve mobility of my arm after having a tennis elbow. My arm is now functional again with a lost lesser or almost no pain compared to the first time I came here. Therapist are all friendly and accommodating. I've also learned new exercises I can do at home to further improve.

I was impressed by the front office staff and how the therapist Devin listened and worked with me.

I had a great experience with LSTC. They've been awesome helping me in my recovery. All the staff are incredibly nice and personable. They're all very knowledgeable and effective at what they do. I will highly recommend LSTC to others.

I feel much better with all the exercises and massage that has been administered to my leg situation.
I understand that I do need to continue the exercise on my own every day otherwise I will find myself in pain again. The whole staff has been very good at keeping me on track and showing new and improved exercises for my leg problem.

After having a nagging shoulder injury for months I decided to finally break down and seek help for the pain and mobility problems. I can't begin to explain how much I appreciate everyone here and all the great things they do. I thought there was no improvement for me. I'm shocked how far I've come. Thank you to all the wonderful staff and their support and encouragement. I am now pain free and look forward to keeping up the at home exercises.

I'm able to do normal activities. I had a chance to work with pretty much with everyone , each and everone is so versatile and provide guidence when I was wrong.
All the instructor give attention to detail.
They correct not only major thing they also focuses on minor things as well..

Awesome physical therapy sessions! I ruptured my left Achilles and has a repair surgery 4 months ago. I have done 20 sessions and now I can chase after my very active boys! I hardly limp anymore and my yoga postures are almost to perfection. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing, a nice team of experts! I am so glad and thankful that I have come to LSTC and will continue to refer anyone who needs physical therapy.
