My physical therapy was very helpful and I benefited a lot from it.

I am pain free and have full mobility again. My PT experience was fabulous from my initial phone call until my last session.

When I first started my physical therapy I had no idea of what to expect. I was overwhelmed by my physical limitation and my inability to perform my normal day to day routine and it was extremely frustrating. After many grueling PT sessions I'm finally able to get my life back in terms of being able to perform daily routines which one takes for granted. Came in walking with pain and then with a cane . All PT'S here -- especially Angie and Sierra -- were great, dedicated and rooting for my success. Am now able to walk without a cane and virtually pain free.

This place is awsome. Great staff , always pleasant, very knowledable, and skilled.

My experience here @ LCST has been good . The persons that worked with me the most were Angie and Cierra. They were the best. They were able to understand my issues. 😙 I also am able to understand my body better. Thanks

All therapists are awesome, very concerned about well being and progress. In all everyone is awesome. Exercises and stretches fit to my problem and very helpful.

I came in with severe lower back pain and within a week at least 50% of the pain and stiffness was gone. After completing the program I can confidently say I am mobile again and work pain free.

Great experience again. Return visit to deal with tight back after triathelon season. Jason and Jessica heed me get back on the bike and in the pool. Next race July 28.

The team at LSTC was very helpful throughout my therapy treatment. They kept me motivated, and I always left feeling much better than when I arrived. Special thanks for having World Cup on during my sessions as well!!

I had another episode of BPPV, a problem that I have dealt with for the last 30 years. In my last experience 3 years ago I came to LSTC to work with Devin. She not only cleared the problem but gave me a set of exercise that I do everyday that works spectacularLy for me. On Sunday night 7/8 the problem came back and was present Monday and tuwsday. I came to see Devin on Wednesday. She again treated me with the epily behavior and taught me how to do it myself. I did it on Thursday at home with no problem abs today Friday the over all problem is gone! Devin brings a professional specialty to the vestibular issues that I am many others face. She is absolutely the best!
