My experience here has been wonderful, I have steadily approved under the care and knowledge of my therapists and trainers. Because of my therapists hard work and attention to detail, with my personal care and health in mind, they have worked me back to running, pain free.

Entire team was friendly and encouraging yet challenging. I came here skeptical about avoiding surgery for a labral tear in my hip, but I'm leaving stronger and more stable, armed with knowledge and exercise plan to get back to Irish dancing.

Everyone was very professional and friendly and upbeat. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. Much help.

So happy I decided to do PT. I was a bit overwhelmed with the big open room environment at first and trying to focus on doing my exercises correctly but was ok after a session or 2. All of my therapists were very helpful and made sure I was doing my exercises accurately. PT has made me more aware of how long I'm sitting at work and reminding me to do my exercises. I've even set the timer on my phone to get up and move around every hour. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to work out after hurting my back and 2 weeks with my therapists worked miravles. Can't thank everyone enough!

Sprained my ankle, and after a couple months, I am able to jog again with minimal pain. I expect to play tennis pain free in another couple. Without PT here, I would probably still be limping on the stairs.

I appreciated the way the Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers adjusted my treatment and exercises based on my symptoms. I also value the attention paid to ensuring exercises were done correctly. I will continue to recommend LSTC to friends that could benefit from physical therapy.

From the time I stepped through the door six weeks ago, everyone has been committed to ensuring that I improve towards the goals I shared. Now, I feel so much better, stronger and empowered to continue the strengthening work begun here at LSTC!
