I had recently went on line to find someone in the business of selling houses quickly and began receiving several emails from various companies. One such company was Longleaf Home Buyers, and I am so glad that they reached out to me. The acquisitions manager, Justin Repplinger, answered every question I had, but not like some answer bot with programmed responses, it was like talking to a friend that I’ve know for years. He put me at ease with the entire process and made it easy for me to choose Longleaf. From there I was connected to the closing manager, Theresa Kiefat, who was truly amazing. Working with Theresa convinced me that I had made the right decision in going with Longleaf. I say working with her, but the truth is, she did everything. Theresa kept me updated daily on the progress and next steps. All I had to do was get my belongings out of the house. I had guys working everyday, but I had to ask for the closing to be moved because I couldn’t keep up with how fast they were able to get everything accomplished and set the closing date, I’m talking fast. And when I made the request for more time, Theresa was so nice about it and never tried to push me to get out, they even offered to give me a lot more time than I was asking for. They said it was more important to them that I find a place and get settled in than just acquiring my house. Working with Longleaf was an enjoyable experience.
