Quick and smooth process. 30 days, tops. Get out of debt and get a fresh start. Instantly your credit score will go up. If this economy has stretched your dollar so thin you can see through it, then this would be an excellent avenue to take.

We decided to sell our house after we realized we weren't in the greatest of neighborhoods. Had people break into our shed, increasing violent crime rates in surrounding areas, etc. We didn't think we would be able to sell our home since it had some issues like a water leak that made our water bill $400 a month along with some damage from Helene. We were originally quoted 30k less than what we owed for the house as the price we could get for it, but Longleaf found us someone who would buy the house for what we owed. They have a pool of buyers who flip houses like ours and saw its potential. All we had to do was sign some papers and turn in our keys and we were left debt free. It put us in a position to purchase our new home in a more family friendly place. Not to mention they are a Christian company and very friendly.
