I have been with Longevity for 2 years now. I can remember I was so nervous to start, not knowing anyone or anything. I was welcomed by the coaches and fellow members helping me to become fit for my kids. This place is still amazing and constantly challenging my fitness goals. Aaron and the coaches are well educated, patient and help you focus your exercise and diet plan around your goal(s). I can’t say enough about Longevity!
