Due to water damage we ended up needing to have our entire main level floors refinished. Local Guys Flooring was able to work with our restoration contractor and get the work done quickly and smoothly. They communicated well and did everything in their power to accommodate our family and pets. Our insurance claim went smoothly because of the fair market value pricing. What a wonderful experience working with Local Guys Hardwood Flooring. Ben was very responsive to me when I reached out to him. He showed up on time for our estimate and explained everything. Ben & Steven showed up when scheduled to start the work. They were very easy and pleasant to get along with and they did a fantastic job on my floors. The work area was kept clean and always cleaned up before leaving at night. As an added convenience, they even arranged for movers for our furniture. But perhaps what was most surprising was the lack of dust. Having lived thru a floor renovation years ago, the comparison is like night and day. There was hardly any dust to clean up at all!
