Little grins pediatric dentistry

First dentist visit in the books and it couldn’t have been BETTER!! The entire staff and Dr couldn’t have been more pleasant, efficient, and so welcoming! This place made my girls feel special the entire time. From walking in , they greet you with a special sign they make with your child’s name(s) on it, and giving the girls a teddy bear. Once in the chair to begin the cleaning they have your child choose a movie they will view while lying down with the TV on the ceiling using headphones to help keep the child occupied through out the visit. Afterwards your child gets a balloon, and a choice of a small toy as a thank you. All of this will set a lasting impression on my girls that going to the dentist isn’t scary but calm, comforting, and FUN! Our 3 year old still gets very nervous with any drs visits but not here! The front staff and technicians did such an amazing job at keeping her engaged and entertained the whole time. We had a great experience with our 2 year olds first visit. They were quick, friendly and gentle. They were very thorough in gathering background information which I appreciated. She was happy with her visit and my husband and I were very happy as well. The staff was friendly and kind, the environment was clean and inviting (TVs for the kids), and they offer a variety of items to increase the comfort of the child if needed. Overall such a great and pleasant experience. We had our first visit with Little Grins for our 3 boys and they all left happy and wanting to go back. Our previous pediatric dentist was such a hassle with scheduling. So it's a plus for us that Little Grins opens on Saturday. We have been coming to Little Grins for two years now and it’s just as great as it was when they first opened. The facility is super clean and organized. They definitely know how to schedule because my wait has never been more than 10-15 min. The staff is super friendly and patient. Today we had Elena help us and she was great. Little Grins is heaven sent. They were able to accomodate my daughter for same day appointment. Previous dentist advised me that my daughter needs to be sedated and restrained for a simple baby tooth extraction. Little Grins made it happened in less than 5 minutes without having to restrain my child! My child has a special need and the staff made her feel relaxed. While scrolling on Facebook I found Little Grins made an appt for my 11 year old son which has bad anxiety going to any dentist. However, at Little Grins all the staff/Dr was very sweet and calming. Which made my son feel at ease. They made him feel very comfortable and loved how they give out gifts! They made the whole process so easy from verifying insurance and breaking down any cost.
