We visited Dr. Hu at Little Grins last Monday for my daughter's first ever dental exam. She was a little nervous but, right from the beginning, the front office staff made my daughter feel more relaxed. She got a gift to commemorate her 1st visit. The hygienist, Shelby, was super cheerful, encouraging and friendly, which made my little girl happy. Shelby gave her some glasses and helped her choose a show for the TV on the ceiling and flavor of toothpaste (chocolate). When the cleaning was finished, Dr. Hu came over to check her teeth and gave encouraging advice to good, clean teeth. Our big girl left happy and excited to keep her teeth clean and healthy. Dr. Hu and her staff were great with both of my autistic children. They made us all feel welcome and comfortable to be there. Dr. Hu is very good at explaining the procedures, and her staff is amazingly gentle with my children. I’m so glad we found them! Read more >

Today was our first visit after switching dentist offices and both us and our girls couldn’t be happier!! From Nataly’s welcoming personality at the front desk to our hygienists (Esme and Shelby?) being soooo sweet and Dr.Hu’s thoroughness paired with smiles for the kids…everything was beyond perfect!! Our little's first visit to the dentist was made special and easy thanks to the friendly, kind, kid-focused, and positive staff at Little Grins.

Little went from nervous and timid to confident and brave within the first interaction of the front desk staff.

Shelby continues the awesome experience for our little throughout the hygienist portion even allowing a personal selection of the Disney video to play on the TV from the ceiling. (This really impressed the little!)

Dr Hu rounded out our happy little's experience giving kind encouragement for healthy tooth care in an inclusive way so little felt very much in control and at ease.

Nice and clean office! Everyone from the front desk to the doctor had great customer service and they were all great with my kids. Esmi Rivera was excellent with my 4 year old at his very first dental visit. She made him feel comfortable and answered all of his questions. Today was my daughter’s first dentist visit. She’s 13 months old. I LOVED the welcoming experience. Super (genuinely) friendly staff. Very clean facility. This was the best experience at a dentist I have ever had for my child. They were kind, patient, honest, and always made sure to walk my son through what was coming next. They have tvs on the ceiling so the kids can enjoy a movie with or without headphones while they get their work done. My son left and said “that was kind of fun” which is a dramatic shift of what we are used to. So happy to have found little grins. The woman who cleaned my sons teeth did such an amazing job, I have THE worst memory (due to an inter-cranial hemorrhage) but I remember her name started with an A (Aleaya) or something like that but she is amazing, she took the time to get to know me and make me feel calm when she could see I was nervous. I was referred here by a colleague and for good reason. Atmosphere is welcoming, kid-friendly, and clean. Staff is attentive and thorough. They follow-up and provide detail info about procedures and estimated costs. My 5 year old son had a baby root canal, a cap, and filings. All done at the same time and it was only his second visit to the dentist. His first visit was cleaning and x-rays. My son is a brave champ and the doctor and her staff are amazing at what they do. They spoke to him with kindness and respect, answering his questions clearly and easing his worry. I changed my insurance to be able to bring my son here and I don’t regret my decision. I absolutely love the team and doc, very caring, helpful and the environment is very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with kids that are traumatized like my own child. My toddler loves here the Team is very friendly ,thank you to Anaiz that brushed my lil one’s teeth so carefully and gave her reassurance, Samira -front desk receptionist she’s always so friendly, respectful, and she always efficient in her work anything that I need to get informed on she always helps.
