Little grins pediatric dentistry

I meant to leave this review after our first visit however the second visit was an even better experience. My dentist referred my son to Little Grins after having a not so good experience with another dentist in Covina. Little Grins is the most welcoming place for kids. From the moment I walked in everyone was nice. The experience was more than what I expected as a welcome. They go above and beyond. The staff was very thorough and nice about the process and walked us through it all. And what was also great is that my son felt comfortable. Experience was fun for him. They had a menu of items to help elevate the experience for him because they genuinely took the time to show him what they would be doing. My son loved the toys of course after your visit which is a plus. I knew that we would have to get work done the second time around and I felt like I was in great hands. I didn’t feel...

This was my kiddos first time at the dentist and Little Grins made the best impression! We were greeted with friendly smiles and gifted a tote bag and beautiful teddy bear. The staff is very warm and welcoming and Marissa, was very accommodating to my son! The dentist, Dr.Hu was friendly, thorough and answered all my questions. A+ AND 5 STARS! Can't wait for our next appointment!

Wonderful service! Very welcoming and my children feel so comfortable. Highly recommend them !!! My daughter just had tooth extractions and Dr. Hu and her staff were amazing kept her calm talked her through it all.

We've been coming here for a few years now and absolutely love Dr. Caroline Hu and her staff. They are all very sweet. My kids aren't afraid of going to the dentist and actually look forward to their appointments. They truly care about the quality of their services and it shows.Definitely recommend!

Dr is very friendly and caring. She comes out to personally greet you even prior to the exam. Very welcoming and clean environment

My son’s first dentist visit went even better than I could’ve hoped. This team put a lot of thought in the whole experience. From the moment we walked in, there was a welcome sign made for my son and every patient that day. He had toys to go play with while we waited. Stephanie helped him with his first cleaning and she was awesome. She was super sweet and kind with my son, we managed to get a toddler’s teeth cleaned. Dr. Hu came in next and was so great with him too. Both Dr. Hu and Stephanie made sure all questions and concerns were addressed. He didn’t want to leave once it was over! They were all so kind to both me and my son. Can’t wait to visit in another 6 months!

My boys were nervous to go and they made them feel so comfortable. They rate it a 10/10. So happy we found this place our new go to place.

The best staff I’ve ever come across in any medical/dental office. I’m so grateful I picked this place for my boys! They look forward to dentist visits every time. We had a great first experience at Little Grins! We were so nervous for our son’s first dentist visit. The waiting room was clean and bright. Everyone was welcoming and knowledgeable. At the end of the visit, there was no doubt in our minds that we have found the perfect dental office for our son. We cannot wait to come back!

My son had never left the dentist without being extremely anxious and in tears. For the first time ever since he was born he went in and completed a full exam and cleaning. Whatever the staff is doing here to make kids feel welcome and comfortable, they’re doing it extremely well. My family will be coming here for the foreseeable future. From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we had an amazing experience. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They are very on top of everything it seems. Dr. Hu heard our concerns and addressed everything. As parents, we know that sometimes we get overly MUCH and they were very patient/understanding. Our daughter had a fun time minus the cleaning part which all kids dread. She wanted to go back and even asked the Dr. for a SHOT! Love that they give a welcome teddy that she absolutely loved. We paid cash price and will continue to do so. Highly recommend. 10/10 experience.

Dental work is great and team is welcoming.

Great experience for our 2 and 5 year old. Special shout out to Anaiz who went out of her way to make sure my son with some medical aversions to feel completely at ease. Kids enjoyed every second and the primary doctor was so kind - we will be back!

We have been going to her for 3 years now and my kids like coming here. She has lots to entertain the kids ( TV, headset, sunglasses, games while they wait) so they can get their teeth cleaned. There is different flavors toothpaste for them to chose from. After cleaning, they can pick out a prize.

They were amazing. My son is two years old and I knew it wasn’t going to be an easy first dentist appointment. They provided all forms need prior to the appointment to complete. They were very welcoming. The worked really hard to make my son feel comfortable. The were very patient and informative. I don’t live close by but they were recommended to me from a friend. I will definitely make my way here for each of my son’s dentist appointments. 1000/10 rating. They were great.
