I scheduled a deep cleaning for my home as I’m getting ready to put it on the market this week. They sent out an And Tracey was at the house the entire day. The other two gals came and went. But the house was absolutely spotless and it looks amazing.

Andrea did a great job yesterday! She was as thorough as anyone could be without doing a day-long deep clea. By this I mean vacuuming our drapes, cleaning windows, vacuuming all upholstery, wet wiping g all baseboards, etc. she was pleasant & very hsrdworking! Vicki L.

Since it was the first time, it took a little longer than what it will take in the future. Otherwise, the girl was AWESOME. She did everything I asked. The real test will be next time. I wrote down exactly how I want the cleaning to go. Hopefully, she will follow the list.

I showed up to let the cleaner in, ran some errands, and came back to a spotless house with the all laundry completed. Will definitely be using them again!

Pros: The cleaners that arrived were extremely friendly and personable. They were great with our dog and attentive. The cleaning met our expectations overall.

Cons: The cleaners names did not match the text that was sent out the day before. It appears from conversation that there are staffing issues. A third cleaner arrived to help as one was in training, but then the trainee was left alone for the last hour. Doorframes were not dusted and small spots were left on the floor, but this is considered minimal (unclear if doorframes were to be included or not). Lastly, our kitchen appliances were cleaned but the sink was not, and a sponge was left in the sink (presumably an intent to clean was made but forgotten).

Overall the issues were minimal, and staffing issues do not overshadow the good work by those who were here. I plan to reuse the service.

I set this up for my disabled sister and she has been blessed with amazing service. She’s grown quite fond of the ladies giving her excellent cleanings. We would highly recommend Linda Rombach Personal Cleaning Svcs.
