Customer service was great, but the cleaner was not very good. Missed cleaning wall as etc.

Helpful to have our house cleaned before moving in. Appreciated the companies ability to help with rescheduling that we needed done. Cleaners were quick while paying attention to detail.

Cleaning is consistently done well. I trust the person doing the cleaning. They are prompt and courteous.

Rombach's service has been great. We had the same person for cleaning for several years (way, way before covid). Communication has always been excellent- clear and timely. I appreciate the reminder emails for when they are going to come. If the regular person was unable, or our schedule didn't work, then Linda was helpful in finding a replacement or rescheduling. They are also good about feedback- the people working with Linda learned our preferences, tailoring the cleaning to our needs. We have no inclination to look for a different service. Rombach's has been excellent.

My house, whoa, a hot mess. Packing it up, 2 very large dogs, working and preparing for some time off left me with very little time for cleaning. She walked into the hot mess express. She did a fantastic job and in a few hours less time than we planned for. Amazing worker, efficient and even added the little touches that mean so much.. yep, the tissue in the bathrooms were folded like a fancy hotel! I am so grateful for the help, and more than pleased with the results.

They do tend to send someone different every time but I have never had any issues and everyone who has cleaned has done a very good job.

We needed a move out clean once we emptied the house to sell it. It's amazing how much you realize needs to be cleaned once you start moving everything out! I wasn't completely satisfied with the cleaning today. Jennifer didn't dust any of the furniture in the master bedroom and my hardwood floors were streaked; not sure what the problem was there. In Jennifer's behalf, I do want to say that I think she was concentrating on the items that I told her have been missed in the past such as the ceiling fans, laundry room, etc. She did a good job on them. Also, this was her first time to clean my house so hopefully she will be better the next time.

Very efficient, thorough and overall the house is dust free when they are finished

Good, the only comment I have is that ceiling fans were not dusted and the wood work on my staircase as well as the metal rails on my staircase which get dusty.

I have used linda and her staff for years. They do an excellent job very reliable communication is great at a fair price.
