Hello guys!I just started my real estate business In Regina city Saskatchewan Canada.Once I heard about Brad Chadler and his couching program from e mail that I received from Dustin Hann .I just started learning the information from his webinars and podcasts. After a shirt while I was amazed of his business model and his personal approach when he is teaching ,and trying to help people to succeed. Thanks a lot Brad!!!!

Last year, when I first heard Brad Chandler was starting a coaching program for regular guys like me, I was excited. We are on opposite coasts, but I knew of Brad from all the other real estate investing podcasts out there. Everyone spoke of a legend. So when, from his own podcast, I learned that Brad was taking on students, I was a bit shocked. I knew I was in, but I wasn't ready. At least that's what I thought. Eventually, I listened to episode 26 with Adam F. and I realized I needed Brad's coaching NOW.

And so I glad I did. If I hadn't joined his program (very happy I made it in!), I would still be trying to grow my business the wrong way. Now I'm changing how I do things. I'm building the business that I want, work less and have a deeper sense of clarity.

When I started looking for a coaching program I wanted someone who was actually doing what I want to achieve. Brad is one of the rear "gurus" who has a high functioning wholesale business. They actually do hundreds of wholesales per year.
