I went into my credit report a little over a month ago and noticed I had a collections, from 2019 which I had no idea what or who the creditor was. My daughter set me up with Liberty Credit...and they were wonderful...they helped me all the way with what needed to be done....and as of today...the negative collection account is no longer on my credit report. I am so happy and pleased with the help they provided.

I did find the first round of questions confusing because as the wording was similar and it took me seeing the results to realize the answers. This may be due to me being dyslexic and it may not be an issue for others. I would suggest that changing the structure of the questions wording might have been helpful to me.
