I'm 1 week into my Ideal Protein, and I feel great ! I owe part of that to Karisa Leon. I was nervous, and hesitant to start. I knew I couldn't do it alone and I knew I wanted to change my life for the better. When I walked through the door I met Karisa, who came right up to be gave me a hug and was extremely supportive, she is litteraly a ray of sunshine. She was professional, curtesy and you cares . She gave me all my information and helped me picked out my food "which she has so many options to chose from" gave me encouragement and told me I could do it, and she would be there for me if I needed her. Well I'm only one week in a I feel great ! Iv learned more about the food I put in my body and how it makes me feel, and every question iv had even if its been a 8pm at night she's answered. this isn't just a diet its a life style change I'm already down 5 pounds and excited to work on my jurney.
