We had a very bad skunk odor in our home. Brett went above and beyond to get rid of the odor. He returned three times at no additional cost. After the third time he said if we still smelled the skunk odor just to call him and he would return. He has a very good personality and REALLY wanted to do a good job. People like Brett are sometimes hard to find these days. I surely do recommend him.

I had the pleasure today to meet Brett and have the carpet cleaned in our home. I knew the second I met him i made the right choice. He explained his process and the reason his method is so much better them steam or any other type of carpet cleaning. He cleans the fiber of the carpet not soaking the carpet pad with the shampoo and a extracting method. The carpets look great and dry time is only about three to four hours.

Brett did an excellent job on cleaning a love seat and a couch. He also cleaned badly stained stairs I thought would never come clean again, but he has them looking nearly new again. I plan to call him back in the spring.
