Lee Sprinkler, Drainage & Foundation Preservation

I called and talked to Lauren. She was so helpful and even though she wasn’t able to help me she went out of her way to point me in the direction of someone that could for a different company! This is some of the best customer service I have ever received.

We've been having a streak of bad luck with our sprinkler system, so Lee Engineering has been to our house three times in the last year. None of the issues were due to anything Lee did or did not do - there is someone (me) in our house that cannot back a car straight down the driveway and NOT over the sprinkler. Then there was a vicious lawnmower attack. Each time, Lee showed up promptly and fixed the problem, one time at super short notice because we were going out of town the next day and couldn't leave a very pretty, if dysfunctional, sprinkler fountain going in our front yard while we were gone. We've found Lee to be very helpful and dependable. I just hope we never have to use them again...

Lee Engineering is a great irrigation and drainage company. I had them install drainage around my home after a huge rainstorm pushed a ton of mud into my pool. I called Lee Engineering they came out gave me an estimate and a detailed drawing of the work to be completed.

Hugo and his crew came out and had the entire job completed within three days! Now I have inlets in the ground that catch the water and moves it from around my home and pool and move it to the street.

These guys don't just come out and did a trench and lay that cheap flexible pipe in the ground. They take measurements and ensure the drain pipe is sloped toward the exit point.

I also had them install a smart controller that uses current weather data to water my grass.

Lee engineering is my go to company for any irrigation or drainage needs.

Professional and knowledgeable

When Lee Engineering came out to my house the technician took the time to teach me how to use my sprinkler system. I had no idea that I had the scheduling all messed up. Also, I wasn't aware that I had several broken sprinkler heads. On top of that, I was over-watering my garden and under-watering the grass! Sheesh, who knew it was so complicated. Later I had Lee Engineering come back out to install a Smart Controller. Now I don't even have to worry about scheduling at all. My sprinklers haven't gone off in weeks thanks to the rain and automatic scheduling. I am saving money and conserving water. WIN WIN.

Lee Engineering is an exceptional company to work with. We moved into a home in Richardson, TX in late 2015 and realized with heavy rains that we had major water drainage issues. The heavy rains were threatening to flood us and the ponding on the property was huge - which was not disclosed properly in the owners disclosure report. The expertise of Lee Engineering could not have been better. They designed and built the systems needed to prevent flooding. The heavy rains since the install simply all drain off our property, giving us great peace of mind about that issue. They also installed a great foundation drip system that helps prevent future foundation problems, and this house had some foundation issues that are now repaired and with the drip system should prevent future damage. Very happy to have found them and greatly appreciate the excellent service and equipment.

I recently recommended Willy and his team to one of my neighbors. They ultimately chose another vendor, and I went by their house recently on a walk. I saw the tell-tale signs of trench that they dug to install the system. It's going to take weeks for grass to grow back over these areas, and I know that Lee Engineering has a way to install the system by separating the existing topsoil, and replacing it so that you hardly know it was installed. I'm going to seek out their feedback on how satisfied they are with the system in the coming weeks, but it's already apparent to me that you get what you pay for, and when it comes to your home, it's worth it to spend a little more to make sure the job is done right!

Awsome. I discovered that 2 of my sprinkler circuits were not operating and planning to leave for extended vacation. Contacted Lee Engineering on Monday advising that circuits 5 & 6 were not coming on and that I was leaving town on Saturday. Fully expecting 2 valves to be replaced, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told that they had found and repaired a broken wire in the valve box controlling circuit 7 and that corrected the problem. Less than 45 minute on site and they had corrected my problem and checked operation of all circuits on my system. Thanks Lee Engineering for exemplary service.
