I’m sure they do great work, but I’ll never know for sure because of the outrageous pricing. I paid $95 for an inspection of my system, which they would not complete unless I paid another $200 to replace 4 heads. My husband picked the heads up for around $20 total at Lowes and replaced them in less than 10 minutes. No reason they should charge $200 for this. Read more >

I was misled by the positive reviews and friendly demeanor of my rep, Joel. This company does not care about performing a quality job, communication, your time, or the crew they send to your home. They are by far the worst home service experience I have had. To refrain from sounding overly worked up I negative I will just leave a few photos of their “completed” job and the care they left my property in (littered with trash, cigarettes and dying sod). I chose this company because of all the great reviews. Then I realized after my experience they didn’t send me a link to review them. These guys are great with technology but in my experience not so great with irrigation and customer service. Within the first 15 minutes of a irrigation check and replace a few heads service call, the service tech began trying to sell me a $300/year service agreement. I declined and he kept pushing. I continued to decline. He then told me I needed a new controller. But I knew my controller was working great. All zones have been working. Just needed a few heads replaced. I declined. He then in front of me started pulling wires out of my control box. I thought that was odd but hey these guys are the professionals. He replaced the broken heads. After this began to test the zones. I had a water leak in my front yard caused by installation of my Christmas decorations. I had it repaired and Tyler evaluated my system. I had a couple of sprinklers that had to be redone and redirected. He made recommendations for better efficiency. He suggested a smart system that would work thru my cell phone.
