I had a bad valve on one of my zones. It was previously replaced by them. When they came out, I thought it was out of warranty- but lee engineering and their employees have integrity! The service technician told me that the valve was still under warranty, replaced the malfunctioned part, and had my sprinkler system back up and running! They didn’t mind that I was hovering around asking questions. Very professional and very informative! The tech did not try to up sell me anything, only recommended what I should upgrade due to my old system. I’m gonna be getting a double check valve next! Read more >

Every time it rained really hard we would flood, and the water would come into our house. So we reached out to Lee Eng. for a professional drainage solution. Max provided a proposal and we accepted. In all honesty it was a rocky start...we worked with Max and DJ who were always very nice, professional - however after the work was completed it wasn't anything like we wanted. So there was some back and forth, and ultimately they ended up redoing the entire project (which was a significant amount of work on their part) and they didn't charge us anything for the redo. Now we have exactly what we wanted and couldn't be more happy with our drainage system on the side of our house. It's perfect and I can't imagine we will ever flood again.
