After a couple of days, I realized they spent an hour here. No parts used and i still have the issues, not to mention he disconnected my outdoor yard flood lights. When I called, they told me the call was $300 and it shouldn't be more unless additional parts or time were needed. None of that was needed. He hooked a volt meter to a socket and disconnected a wire. I paid $800 some dollars and feel like i got robbed.

When I called them they said there was nothing they can do.But if I went with all the services they recommended which was thousands of dollars they would maybe knock some of it off my bill. Couldn't recommend less. I guess they just feel like they can charge you whatever they want, when they do a call that late and you have no other choice but to pay them. I should've known better will not use again. 0/10. Would not recommend.

Hired through Home Depot to hang a microwave:
-sent a guy who had clearly never hung a microwave before, though I have no doubt is a good electrician
-mounted main bracket on wall 3 times before the microwave could barely swing into place
-microwave is crooked left-right, and is rotated forward
-didn't cover the range underneath and didn't clean up sawdust on range after 4 useless holes drilled
-charged $294 for this
-complained, and they refused to make it right
-on top of this, tried to upsell me to some $1000+ useless mods to my home electrical system Read more >

I needed three outdoor lights replaced. Marcus was professional, friendly, and efficient. I explained to him the lighting I wanted and he then gave me a few suggestions and a few quotes. He then purchased the lights and installed them. The entire process from when he first arrived to completion of the project was slightly over two hours. Lebrun techs Matt and Connor were first rate - courteous, professional, friendly and knew what they were doing. Handled the requested heating/cooling health-check quickly. Had a non-serious issue that we couldn’t track down, but will watch for recurrence. I’m not a fan of companies sending out satisfaction surveys before the work is even done, but that’s not on the techs. Also felt $350 for a health check that found no issues was a bit heavy, but again no reflection on the techs.
