Jay never sent me any information that we talked about, in order for me to make a decision. I have text him and no response. I feel like I payed 79 for his gas money and nothing else. He was very friendly and gave me several options on how I'd want to move forward, provided different cost options, etc. Has a lot of knowledge and walked me through the issues. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company. I was looking to get a second 240v outlet installed in my laundry room. Prior to them coming out I had asked for a quote and they said they could not give one. I am not sure why on their website it says to contact them for a free quote. I originally had an appointment for Tuesday. On Monday evening at 9:00pm I received a text message saying they were now coming on Thursday at a completely different time. I called the next morning and they said they had some last minute jobs. I agreed for them to come Thursday at 7:30am. At 9:30 when no one had come or called me I called them, no answer and I left a message. The service technician called to let me know he was on his way at 10:30. Needed help installing a Flood light camera as I am not comfortable or familiar with electrical work. LeBrun Electric was at my home a few days later bright and early and installed the camera in under 10 minutes. Quick, professional and friendly. Just had LeBrun out to install a new kitchen light fixture and 3 ceiling fans in the bedrooms of my home. They did exceptional work and took the time to explain everything they were seeing and doing. They also gave pricing up front so all costs were known ahead of any work done. They noticed some safety issues with our current electrical and fixed them all giving us some peace of mind. LeBrun Electric went above and beyond to quote a bathroom fan installation and dug through the attic and insulation to get all the answers we needed to book another visit later this year.

We had a random electric outage to our fridge and stove. Despite resetting the breaker, it did not restore the power. I called Lebrun Electric and spoke with a patient receptionist as I described the problem. She immediately reached out to Jay for a conference call to see if he could help troubleshoot over the phone. Can you believe that, instead of charging a service fee and coming out to our home they attempted to fix it over the phone for FREE - and they did! Jay was very professional in dealing with both our electric problems and corrected them quickly. He had a wonderful sense of humor and didn't give me too much of a hard time when he explained the issue with our disposal and the fact that modern GFCI outlets have to be energized in order to be reset.
