They made the process easy, took care of everything and above all else answered all my questions above and beyond what I was expecting. They made me truly understand what they are doing so that I felt comfortable with everything. This was one of the best investments I've made. We are now on their membership program which allows us to have some inspections each year to know if we have anything to be aware of and also gets us a discount on services too! So, for the work, we have knob and tube in the home, and he was able to alleviate that from our kitchen and get a new panel installed with some new hookups for an electric water heater. Not only did they do a great job installing our new lights/fixtures, they helped us better understand the lighting and electrical in our home. We were having problems with our lights flickering and they educated us on the process while also reassuring our house was not subject to any issues. Small changes to our fixtures made a huge difference already with the flickering. They changed our living room and basement ceiling lights which made the home look so much better!
