The Flow Center Hypnosis

My name is Beth, I suffered greatly my whole life with anxiety. I never understood exactly the reason I carried this terrible burden. I had reached a point where anxiety took me over completely and felt death was my only relief in site.
My husband ( my rock) had the presence of mind to start researching to get me some help. He found Valerie at the Flow Center!
He said he talked to her for awhile and she seemed to understand what I was dealing with and thought she could help me, so, off we went to her office. Remember, I’ve had this since I was a small child and have spent 55 years medicating, avoiding anything and everything that I thought caused this!! I was so ready for a change and prayed for relief for so long and honestly had started to give up!! My dear husband drove me to meet Valerie who explained to us how anxiety may have taken over in my subconscious mind and it really made a lot of sense to me!!
I was aware at all times in the hypnosis and by the time I left that first appointment I was shocked at how relaxed I felt. I went in for a 2nd appointment just to back up what was working for me!!!
My life has completely changed!!
I no longer live with the debilitating gloom and that feeling of no control!! I don’t hide or not participate in my life anymore. I’m able to talk to people now and actually be a part of a conversation and not have to go hide and throw up.
