Choosing to have Jay as my wholesaling mentor has been one of the greatest decisions I’ve ever made. He has done the hard work and is passing on all of this knowledge at an extremely reasonable price. His weekly courses are very detailed and he provides all the tools that you need to be successful. He is very prompt with answering any questions that you may have. On top of the weekly courses and the weekly group video chats there is also a group chat app that is used to communicate with Jay and others who are taking the course. Not only do you get the knowledge that Jay has to offer but he has also added the luxury of being able to communicate with Jalen who is another seasoned real estate investor. You can’t beat that! I recommend this course to anyone who in interested in wholesaling. You will not be disappointed.
