Found LB's on facebook, started following their posts when I came across them having the 2021 Merhow Bronco. I'd been looking for sometime for another bumper pull and saw the post. I called to make sure it was still at the Virginia Site and drove up to take a look at it. David & Ashley were very friendly, honest about the trailer, and were excellent to work with. David went over everything with me about the trailer etc... I went thru my own bank and Ashley helped me get the correct information back and forth to get that process completed. Was a complete breeze for me. The sales staff was very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all my questions. They had the trailer I was looking for in stock and on sale. I went back the next day to complete my purchase and the lady handling the paperwork was very friendly and professional. The gentleman that helped me hook up to my trailer made sure all the lights and electric brakes were operating normal. He went over the trailer one more time making sure I was aware of all the safety features and how to properly hook the trailer to my truck. It was a pleasure dealing with Philip, he was very knowledgeable as the kind of trailer I needed. He verified the size of my ATV’s by taking the time to look them up. He took me out to show the different models Then it was fast closing out the sale. The trailer was gone over and washed before taking. Overall it was a very pleasurable experience.
