They had the trailer I was looking for right on the lot. I requested additional pictures of one feature and they were taken and emailed within an hour. All my questions were answered promptly. I received a side by side trailer comparison in person when I arrived which greatly helped me make my decision. Paperwork was handled quickly and completely. Trailer was washed, hooked up and checked out. I was on the road within 90 minutes of arriving. Drove 3 1/2 hours to get this trailer and am very satisfied. Would like to see LB's hook up with farm credit because they will give a better interest rate and understand horse trailers and horse people! Will definitely look at LB first for my next trailer.

I drove a couple hours to do business with LB’s and it was completely worth it. The place is located in a charming town and staffed with caring professionals. Jeff completely knocked my experience out of the park from beginning to end.
The the gentleman in the parts department made sure I had everything I needed to be safe and secure with my new trailer. Last but not least the enthusiastic support staff in the service department did some last minute upgrades for me and made sure the trailer was top notch!
