Rhett Burney and his team are excellent! He helped me with Divorce, Mediation, Custody, Corporate and Wills/Estate. I highly recommend his firm. He and his team are compassionate and kind, which helped me through much of the "not-so-fun-parts" of family court and mediation. I first used Mr. Burney as my divorce attorney about 8 years ago and since then, I have used him for corporate and charitable foundation work. My initial consult regarding a "possible divorce" was during a very difficult time (as many probably are). I found Rhett to be very patient, compassionate and clear in his communications about the process, next steps and cost estimates. A year later I returned to him and proceeded with the divorce. Rhett is very experienced and did a great job looking out for my (and my childrens') longterm best interest. He focused on what mattered and acknowledged the emotional aspects of the process. Divorce is not fun and it's not easy, but Rhett was a great advocate for me.
