First off I would like to say our agent Laurie Smith at Experience Real Estate Group has been following up on our property for many years , always asking if we have made any decisions on selling. She was local to the area and always gave me the current market value in hopes that this could stimulate the owner (My Mom) into sell the property. Her knowledge of the market value was invaluable .

This was my first time working with Laurie and I really felt comfortable knowing that she had been in contact with me over the years and knew her business. She was very helpful , informative and explained her process in a way that definitely showed her expertise in real estate. She was super responsive with emails, and returning calls as if I was her only client! Friendly and professional.
Laurie and the Title Co. who performed the closing where on a tight timeline to sell and close in less than a month and they did everything in their power to get the job done. The electronic review and signing of documents also saved a lot of time.
Laurie was very thorough and professional and did a lot more for me than I ever expected from a Realtor. I really appreciated how she was on top of things and how she kept me informed every step of the way. Her honesty and integrity showed.
