Great service and product in stock

Cheery and well organized shop. A pleasantly activated conversation was happening among some people hanging out there. I was able to find what I wanted and pop in and out quickly. I loved their variety of reasonably priced beverages and their swift & certain knowledge about their own product.

By far the best herb shop I've ever experienced. The GM there Evan is extremely knowledgeable and informative. My roomates and myself have all made some pretty cool friendships with the staff here. I would highly recommend giving them an opportunity. You won't regret it

Everyone is friendly

I appreciate the staff having great recommendations for me. I used to come in a lot, and liked the people, but when everything changed I switched for a bit to a cheaper product. I came back to Laughing Lion knowing that the product is always great, and it is quality checked! I definitely appreciate that cuz at the other place the last 2 Kratoms I bought tasted like sand and dirt. Laughing Lion will take back the product if there is any quality issue and I seriously appreciate that! I like how everyone there now is knowledgeable, kind, and friendly now every time I go in! I take a lot of Kratom, and buy a lot so I like having a variety! I also appreciate the patience of the staff and the deals. You definitely can't beat laughing lion!!

Been going through withdrawals from opioid pain meds and wanted to try kratom. Went in and the manager and staff were so understanding and helpful when I told them my predicament, recommended my some strains and even gave me an extra oz for free when they heard I'm trying to get off opioids. If I could give a 20/5 stars I would.

Love the store. Live in the Springs and the hours open are great. Being open until 8pm allows me to run by after work. Great prices no customer service.

I am beyond thrilled with Laughing Lions products and service. I had a couple of questions before I decided to order and they responded to my query very quickly and professionally. When I finally ordered the product, I received an email that it went on sale the next day for BOGO Free! I asked them if it was possible to me to get that deal and they said sure! They even upgraded my shipping! LL goes above and beyond and provides EXCELLENT products. I’ve even spoken on the phone it’s them once and they are sincerely friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this company. Two of my family members use them as well. That’s how I found out about them.

Im updating this review:I'm giving them 5stars because they actually lowered their prices:the people that work there are great and have great customer service, it's really great kratom, i think it's the best place to get kratom in the springs that I've tried.

Ive been a customer since it was just the owner filling orders and it never fails to amaze me that shows how involved everyone in this company is. When even the smallest issue occurs, employees are there to remedy them within 12 hours(even when all the phones arent working either). LLH has been there for my personal growth after getting battling brain cancer and continued battle of chronic pain (in my opinion). I have been a happy customer since 2017. Thank you Crystal.
