Love this company. Carlos is wonderful. Great service and reasonable prices. I don't remember ever having to leave a message...your phone call is actually answered. Today, I called my wonderful (LOL) home warranty company to fix my leaky faucet. They assigned a plumber for the repair work. I called the company this afternoon and was told their first available appointment was Friday. I called Carlos, which I should have done in the first place, and told him my house was on the market and I had to turn down a showing because of my plumbing problem. He was very sympathetic and, as promised, his dad was at my house within an hour and my plumbing problem was solved!
