My experience with Laneys Diamonds & Jewelry was a good one. I didn’t go to buy any jewelry but I did go to get a necklace fixed. The lady that greeted me was nice and courteous. She said it would be ready in a week but really it was ready in a couple of days. Nice place and so far very nice customer service as well. Thank you! Maybe I’ll come by to purchase some jewelry. ☺️

Professionalism knowledge was it a true Craftsman caring business person and one who stands behind the product rare with all these corporate places running it with inexperienced people the only no but the company told them to sell not what you need not what works best for you not to hold onto memories but cell cell cell but this is not the case at Diamond & Jewelry highly recommend nice to know he's been around for years in Williamsburg and we'll still be there for years to come in all price ranges

They measured my finger carefully, worked with my existing ring and made sure it was created perfectly for me. If I could give them 1000 gold stars I would.
