The materials covered in the multiple live trainings (workbooks and replays available) are useful with easy-to-follow calculations for simplicity’s sake. The coaches have genuinely positive energy and offer great tidbits of their knowledge. I wish that there were a session that covers (even briefly) the types of tax and legal business structures that the coaches have, or maybe LFP can provide a resource for this important topic (refer to a company). Another con is that you have to book a call just to find out the prices of the 3 different programs/tiers. Mid and top tier pricings are high with only a 12-month access max. If one didn’t ask, i’m not sure that the following info would be provided/addressed (e.g., the pricings for continual use of the CRM software and leads once the time/number/$ amount is up). Overall, 4 stars for the info and energy of the coaches via the live trainings...

This was a great Coaching Session for those that aren’t in the Program yet. It was very informative without a big Sales push. The data is straightforward and the Coaches seem relaxed and candid. The programs will cost money, obviously, and the moderators give an overview there. Worth the hour spent.

I didnt get to join the live training but watched the replays. There are so much informations. Jack didnt hold back anything. I think anyone can get a head start form this training and close a deal but to expand you definately need to join this program.

I have had experience with the LPG program and it works! Jack and Michelle and the coaches really care about your success and they’re very generous with sharing their knowledge! They are passionate about their work and always helpful! And want you to succeed. I’m always learning and this eight days of Christmas was an excellent source of possibilities! Been listening to 8 days of Christmas with Jack and the other coaches. I have to say the information they have provided has been very interesting and informative. Jack's Land Profit Generator program works. He walks you through the process step by step. I received over a dozen leads on my first mailing to follow up with and submit an offer. His new AI feature and Comp Analyzer helped a great deal as comping land was my biggest challenge. Granted, I still need to do my part too and not give up when someone says no.
