I’ve learned a lot in the last few months with land profit generater, actually have my first deal using one of the strategies. It’s in Keystone Heights, FL. I’m in negotiations with a few other potential sellers. I have reached out to a couple builders in the area also. I definitely plan on joining again after this deal is done. I can say that I’m gaining more confidence and experience and I like texting, I get a faster response also
