I absolutely loved listening and learning about land flipping! I want to do it, but even on sale it’s $3995, a one time fee which if it works is totally worth it! Now to figure out how to afford it!

The materials covered in the multiple live trainings (workbooks and replays available) are useful with easy-to-follow calculations for simplicity’s sake. The coaches have genuinely positive energy and offer great tidbits of their knowledge. I wish that there were a session that covers (even briefly) the types of tax structure and business structure that the coaches have, or maybe LFP can provide a resource for this important topic (refer to a company). Another con is that you have to book a call just to find out the prices of the 3 different programs/tiers. Mid and top tier pricings are high with only a 12-month access max. If one didn’t ask, i’m not sure that the following info would be provided/addressed (e.g., the pricings for continual use of the CRM software and leads once the time/number/$ amount is up). Learned a whole lot during the free 3 day training. I had already dipped my toes in land investing information, but this 3 day training was great. I understood more things and saw the great opportunity that in in land flipping. A+

I recently went through the 3 days challenge Land Profit$ by Jack Bosch, and it completely changed how I look at real estate investing. Jack shares his personal story and proves that you don’t need to be a genius or have a huge bankroll to succeed — you need the right system and consistent action. If you’re looking for a real estate strategy that avoids tenants, renovations, and stress, Land Profit$ is worth serious consideration.

Have participated in a number of LPG events. Each one is always packed filled with of great information on just about everything to do with the land business. My one critique would be that there should be a little more information provided (benefits, features) on alternative plans other than the top level. They are quite a number of people who count come in immediately at that level, but still need help the decision as about which of the lower plans that suits their needs.

I definitely appreciate all of the help and information from Jack and the rest of the support team for the calls and programs. I feel very confident that I have all I need to succeed. With that I’m now ready, eager and excited about moving forward to Take Action!

So Jack Bosch gave a wonderful three day coaching session for his Land Profit Challenge which ran from March second until March fourth. As an experienced real estate investor with very little experience in land flipping, Jack's presentation was very easy to comprehend. I particularly like how he gave homework because it exposed me to understanding the concept he was demonstrating that day of the challenge. For example, on day 2 of the challenge the homework was to research one land property in a market from Homes.com and post it in the Facebook Group. What I learned is you CAN find properties that have been listed for more than 6 months that are listed for sale at a bargain price. I was able to find a good vacant land property deal, and contacted the Realtor. I discovered that Homes.com (never used the site before) has an A.I. feature that will automatically give comps and/or...

I recently attended Jack Bosch’s free 3-day training and found it very informative and inspiring. The training gave me hope that starting a land-flipping business might actually be possible. He shared useful insights and practical ideas that I plan to incorporate as I begin building my own business. Overall, it was a valuable experience.

Good information but lots to process. There are a lot of potential pitfalls… legal & financial.
