While traveling I had a vision problem that could have been caused by a detached retina. Due to the potential seriousness I was seen the same day. I was given a very thorough exam and was relieved to find no evidence of a torn or detached retina. Dr. Amy Neal and her staff are both professional and caring and put me at ease while conducting their examinations. If I lived in this area Lakeside Vision would my eyecare providers. Read more >

I thought I had a good eye doctor for the last decade or so, and to be honest, I guess he was good. That being said, after my first exam at Lakeside Vision, I now have an AMAZING eye team! They utilize the pinnacle of technology in so many ways to ensure ocular health and catch anything before it could become an issue that could affect my vision. The staff was extremely friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Each team member having a specific task, and they performed them to perfection. Being a new patient, every single step in the process was explained to me as I travelled through them. I was encouraged when I asked questions and they were answered in such a way that I gained knowledge yet didn’t feel like I was troubling them if I didn’t quite understand it the first time around. My Daughter and I had a wonderful visit. The staff was wonderful and made you feel like they new you for years. The front desk young lady greet you with the biggest smile. The young lady giving the test made you feel at ease. Dr. Amy was wonderful and took the time to answer my questions. We will back in June to order our glasses. We didn't know our insurance only paids 7 dollars for glasses. My other insurance takes effective June 1. Hopefully our eyesight doesn't get worse. I recommend Lakeside Vision.. Read more >

Another year of eye problems brings me to lakeside pretty much on a weekly basis . Even thru covid they do their best to keep everyone as safe as possible. I've seen some new techs and as useual have received the same great service that we have all been accustomed to getting on any visit to lakeside both doc Amy and doc Mike are great and very courteous on every visit. I have been going here for quite a few years now and all of my children have their exams here as well including my 2 & 4 year old. Everyone is very friendly and patient. And always willing to try to work w your schedules as best as they can.
