We worked with Kyle Weber to find a lake country property to serve as a vacation home for our family. He knows the area and agents well and notified us as soon as a properties became available, offering insight into some that were not yet listed.

Inventory is scarce and when an Okauchee lot was listed while we were traveling Kyle walked the property with our son and helped us assemble a winning bid in a competitive situation.

Going in, off market, in 10" of snow in mid-December could possibly be troublesome, but after 3 days and 3 offers, they brought it home for us!
