FANATASTIC customer service!! We purchased an Icon cart from them about 1 year ago. Last week my 2 young boys and I were driving it to our neighborhood park when the cart came to a sudden stop. One of my batteries was damaged(due to my own lack of maintenance). Icon carts cannot be moved if there is no power so were stuck right in the middle of my neighborhood street. I called Kustom Karts and within 30 minutes they had a technician at my location with a brand new battery and cables. 10 minutes later my cart was fixed and we were on our way.
