Excellent job, hard working and professional crew with Julian as the lead. They were cooperative with where vehicles needed to park (HOA property) which could have been tricky. We couldn't be happier with their work.

Highly recommend this company if you are considering tile removal. We had a lot of quotes and discussions with companies but Dallin and his team were the perfect choice. They made the process super easy and the demo team was efficient and respectful of our house, not to mention no dust left behind on anything!

The owners, the supervisors of the crew and the crew are the best I have ever encountered. They removed over 1400 feet of Saltillo tile demoed five bathrooms and their cleanliness is impeccable if you want your job done right with extremely minimal dust these are the guys to use. I don’t give glowing remarks often, but this company deserves it.

Dallin and the Kodiak crew were amazing to work with. From our very first interaction, they were professional and reflected top-shelf customer service. I was concerned about the "dustless" offering as I envisioned powder-like dust everywhere; this was NOT the case. I have black light fixtures, TV screens, and a large console table ---- all was totally clean with their dustless process - and those items were NOT covered. They removed tile, carpet and vinyl plank flooring from my 2100 square foot home in 7 hours. The crew was professional and very respectful of my home and personal property. I highly recommend Kodiak Dustless for your flooring removal needs.

Couldn’t be happier with the service I received put an inquiry in got a phone call within 10 minutes and a price within 15. I let us sit overnight and then schedule them the next morning. They showed up four days later and knocked out what I needed done, including sock cutting quite a bit of concrete throughout the house in one day

Kodiak Dustless finished our tile removal today and I 100% recommend them! I had no idea dustless tile removal existed until I googled "tile removal". I reached out to a few companies for quotes and went with Kodiak Dustless. Dallin was quick to respond, gave a great quote, and answered some questions I had.

They removed 1100 sq ft of tile and did surface profiling where we removed some carpet. It only took them a day and a half (only 3 hours on day 2). My husband and I are beyond impressed with how quickly they removed the tile and how clean they left the house. The crew that did the job was so friendly too!

Kodiak Dustless removed our Saltillo tile in just a few hours. There was no dust in the house and they cleaned up everything before they left. I wish I had more for them to do because they were so professional and reasonably priced!

Dallin M. and his crew did a wonderful job on our 750 sf of tile removal. They arrived as scheduled on 10/14/24, and completed the job in less than 7 hours. Dust was kept to a minimum using industrial vacuum systems, and woodwork was protected with tape and plastic sheeting. All of the thinset was ground smooth on our concrete slab and all the tile and debris was cleaned-up and removed. We did find a small amount of dust inside our kitchen cabinet doors, so they could improve by sealing the bottom of the cabinet doors with masking tape. Overall, we were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Kodiak to our friends.
