Knauss Law took care of my problem in exactly the timeframe they said they would. All along, they kept me informed, always sent relevant docs for me to sign, and just kept me up to date on steps in the process, which made me feel confident. They always told me to reach out whenever, if I had any questions or issues. Attorney Knauss's Legal Assistant was a pleasure to deal with, friendly and helpful. A very good experience and highly recommended for those looking for someone that fights hard for you, in this broken state of WA. Matthew himself is very cordial and professional, and speaks clearly and directly. His honesty is refreshing and rare. Thankfully I don't have a lot of experience dealing with law firms but I can certainly say go with these guys whatever your problem is. Thank you and hats off to Matthew and crew.
