The first thing I did was call multiple law firms to decide which one I wanted to go with, and hands down Knauss Law Firm answered all my questions right out of the gate. Once I retained them, I could call them at anytime to check on the progression of my case, and not one time did I call and have to leave a message, or wait for someone to get back to me. There was always someone that answered the phone everytime, and rarely told me I had to wait for a call back. It's rare to have a business where the people who answer the phones can actually give you a definitive answer and not make you wait 2-4 days to get an answer to your question. And the rare times staff didn't not have a ready answer for me, she would double check with the attorney and get back to me swiftly within a few hours but no more than a day, impressive! I believe in giving credit where credit is due and the main lady that answered the phone, her name is Marissa, what a gem! Marissa was/is always so polite and patient, so helpful and reassuring the whole experience can be summed up with 6 words, professional, available, efficient, proficient, kind, and reassuring. My case was of a serious nature that would of changed the trajectory of the rest of my life, I really had a sense that it was just as important to all the staff at Knauss Law Firm. The experience didn't feel clinical at all, but rather personalized, in a world where most people are in a hurry, I never felt rushed. I wish all businesses where run this way. More often than not the staff would call or email me with the most current updates however I did have a lot of questions because my case was so important to me, life changing. As for the outcome it couldn't of gone better! Thank goodness for all the staff at Knauss Law Firm! I would and will be recommending them to anyone that needs help and is seeking an attorney.
