After contacting three different attorney’s Matt was the only one that would talk to Me about a suspension of my drivers license in Washington state for an arrest I had in Arizona. He quickly found out that the paperwork that was sent from Arizona to Washington was incorrect and had an error for a conviction when in fact there was no conviction. After writing a letter to the department of licensing in Washington state showing proof he was able to totally resend the suspension!! Thank you so much Matt. I would use his services again in a heartbeat!

I am very happy with the decision to hire Matt and rest of his firm to help put an old charge to bed. His firm is small, exceedingly competent and approachable. I’ve had more face and phone time with Matt personally than I know is typical or even exceptional for this profession or field of practice. He himself calls back promptly, and schedules meetings as necessary within a day or two (and even sometimes the same day). He will also personally respond to emails as appropriate/warranted. Many law firms will tell you that you are represented by the whole team, which is lovely in theory and a mess when it comes to getting comprehensive and competent legal representation. I called the Knauss Law firm needing advice. It being a Saturday , often firms dealing with criminal matters are either too busy or are closed to speak with a new client, the gal that answered my call placed me on a brief hold and Matt , the actual owner of the firm picked up the line. He listened to my questions , asked pertinent follow up questions and took 40 minutes of his time to answer evey question I had.
