Kingsbury Chirporactic

I was diagnosed with stenosis a couple of years ago and continued to go down hill. I missed work regularly for doctor appointments which did nothing for me. I met with my primary who sent me to a spine specialist who sent me to both a pain clinic and physical therapy. The pain clinic gave me a cortisone shot which help a little bit and the physical therapist also helped slightly. However even after months of therapy the pain was still significant. I met with the spine specialist who told me the only other option was surgery. I continued living in pain tell someone told me about AK. Since the pain was hindering day to day activity I thought I would give it a try with very little expectations. The 1st appointment I met with Kingbury and told him about me chronic neck issues. He felt around my neck a little bit and didn’t touch it at all the rest of the time. He did a lot of other adjustments but nothing with the neck area I was having issues with. I thought it was odd until I felt a little relief before I left, which to me didn’t make a whole lot of sense but it did seem to help so I scheduled another appointment. By the third appointment I had full range of motion in my neck with very little pain at the extreme position only. At seated or rest it no longer annoyed me so I continue to see him every couple of weeks. He says I probably don’t need to go every couple of weeks an could get away with appointments every 4 to 6 weeks. However I may do that in the future but now I continue to go every two weeks because it seems cheap enough to not have to deal with the constant pain. I would definitely give Dr. Kingsbury a 5 star rating since I can now put off a costly high risk surgery that would have a long recovery.
