Each time they came to our place to fix an issue that we were having with our plumbing system, they had to keep coming back because either the job wasn't done properly or new issues kept arising. I believe they've been to our house at least 3-4 times within the past few months. Pipes were replaced and parts were cleaned however each time another problem occurred, it was the very same thing they claimed to have fixed.
I feel like as though they didn't fix the problem purposely only to have to come back and charge us again or they just didn't bother to fix the problem at all. Every time we've had to call them it's about the same few things that they claim to have already repaired the last time they stopped by.
After each visit they also leave a huge mess! When they've had to move appliances (like a washer and dryer for example) they've never put it back to how it was before or they damage things in the process. I am not happy with their service at all!
